Hi,
I have a user that said that when her laptop is on the docking station it will move itself into power saving mode even as she is typing. This is a Windows 7 OS. She has to take it off the docking station to get it to come back on. When she asked for suggestions I asked her to go to the Control Panel, select the power options menu, and from there select change when the computer sleeps. She said it just started doing this recently. She said she'll check this and get back to me.
I tried looking on the internet but didn't come across anything like this issue. Could it be an internal battery issue? Has anyone else come across this or have any suggestions?
