Just looking for options and comments from those who deal with Dell in Mexico.
I have a devision in Mexico that on occasion needs new equipment. Usually its 1 or 2 pieces. Lately have run into a brick wall where Dell Mexico is refusing to customize the equipment, simple changes like extra memory or English version of Windows. They are telling me to bulk order or order and ship from the US. I priced out the buy US and ship to MX and its ridiculous. Some brokers don't even want to ship into MX The only thing keeping me with Dell is their service which has been very good at servicing my equipment which can end up all over Mexico.
