I have been having some trouble with Dell ASAP. We renewed some VMWare licensing with them back in September. They quickly sent an invoice, but never sent any documentation on the licensing. I have asked my reps for documentation a few times. They are very slow to respond, and not very helpful when they do. We have not paid the invoice because we have not received the product. We ordered some Windows licenses from them a little later and are running into the same thing.
Do other people have this much trouble with Dell for licensing? Has anyone found a good contact at Dell to get these things taken care of?
