Both LEDs on harddrives for r900 Poweredge are solid green?

Just replaced 4 drives in a r900 last week and since then, both of the indicator LEDs have stayed on with an occasional blinking or two.

It seems that this is common with poweredge servers and not having an OEM dell HDD?

I just want to be sure they aren't faulty before more stuff gets thrown on that server, or if I have to RMA the drives.
