Poweredge R710 failed updates

Needing a little help here. Bought a Dell Poweredge R710 and performed the following to it; We have updated the Bios from 1.2 to 6.4 using the SUU Repository from the dell repository manager. Upon reboot it does not POST (doesn't even make it to configuring memory), we stuck the iDRAC in another R710 to update the following iDRAC Express to 1.96 and the most current Lifecycle Controller, When we put the iDRAC back in to the main server we can power it on and configure the iDRAC with an IP address on the Front LCD management screen but we can't connect to the corresponding website and still will not post. We have posted to the Dell forums that gave us the idea of swapping the IDRACs to update but no success. Anyone seen anything that can help with this or have experienced this issue before??
