Need a new Dell Rep

I manage IT support for a private K-12 school in Texas. This school currently uses exclusively Dell equipment and had an awesome Dell sales rep until about two years ago when he moved to a different sales group at Dell (this rep had rapidly learned our environment to best recommend solutions that met our needs and would often respond to questions and quote requests within an hour or so at most). Since then, we have been through two reps who have been for the most part, useless. Both of these reps have been very slow to respond to quote requests (a recent example is that I needed a quote for some Dell mice due to a Premier site issue - it took the current rep over a week to prepare this quote after 3 emails from me).

I'm also keep getting the runaround from my current rep and Premier support about some Premier site issues that I'm having...
