Problem rebuilding Raid1 on PERC 6/i

Hi I'm trying to rebuild a raid1 setup on a old PE1950, but every time it gets to 7~15% it goes back to 0% rebuilding, does anyone have an inkling to what's going on?

I've tested both hard drives and neither of them are faulty.
