Hi all,
The tech team is trying to do a fresh OS installation on an R610, but the disc drive won't open. How do we determine whether this is because the disc drive is defective or the server simply doesn't recognize the device?
Note, we didn't buy this server from Dell.
Another Note: Is it possible to remove Dell's UEFI and just have a basic BIOS on this server?
Any suggestions?
