Stacking between 2 Dell Switches N1548

Hi,

Is it possible to do stacking between 2 Dell switches N1548 using patch cables(RJ48) rather than using fiber cables on SFP ports.

If yes, how can this be done and what will be the implication on the speed of the ports?
