Hello there .
okay so, I forgot my Admin password for my Latitude E5420; after a few failed attempts to log in, I came to the DELL SECURE MANAGER PASSWORD screen.I do not have the password to log into the Computer. Dell CS support said to call them back when I had the name and company name of the person who purchased the Laptop. Of course, I am unable to reach him. He IS an IT , and a dear friend, but he's out of the Country. I have been researching over the past 3 days to see what my options are. Please please someone help..
