PowerEdge 2650 error E0D76

Spiceheads,

I have an old Dell PowerEdge 2650 that had a failed drive a couple days ago. I replaced the one drive that was blinking amber. After sometime the light on the drive went from amber to green, however the LCD on the server is still amber and displaying E0D76 (even after reboot). I basically just need to keep this server up for a couple more months. So i guess I have 2 questions:

1) How do I know my raid is working properly? (when the server boots up the Raid controller does state it was successfully started)

2) How do I get rid of the error message and get rid of my amber screen?

Also about the same time as the failed drive when you log into windows I am receiving "Files Needed" it is looking for dcdbas32.sys (which is a Systems management base driver). You can browse to the file, but it doesn't help. Also I restored the file...
