I just called Dell support (Australia: 1800-060-889) for assistance activating the OEM Office 2016 license (because we have multiple licenses associated with the account).
The Dell rep was genuine because I gave them my Express Service Code and they were able to pull up my Service Tag. They then told me that I would need to contact Microsoft and gave me the number 1800 821 571. I rang and noticed the rep didn't say "...from Microsoft". I didn't think much of it until I was directed to a LogMeIn page and was asked to grant admin privileges. I Googled the phone number and found this. Seemed weird but thought maybe Microsoft are outsourcing support.I proceeded with the remote support.
