Labor Support ended last year. ProSupport good for another year. Dell techs will still come out and replace parts at no extra charge to our company. I thought that's what Labor Support covered?
Spiceworks has a reporting field called "Warranty Days Left" that seems to reference the Labor Support date. Because of this, a great deal of our devices show EXPIRED in the warranty report, but we have ProSupport on all of them.
