I don't have the most experience with IT but good with troubleshooting and figuring things out. We ran into a problem at one of our locations. We have multiple workstations running on the server. However, one of the workstations is no longer running and not able to connect remotely to it. I came over to the location and went to get on the server and the screen is frozen but the mouse moves around. I see Oracle VM VirtualBox Manager running in the background and saying that said server is running but since it is frozen of course is giving misleading information. There is a pop-up of new version of virtual box available but it will not let me click it or anything else. Anyone know what could be done?
