Recently I purchased a used laptop from the person who import laptops from Singapore. The laptop is under warranty, so I want to transfer the ownership to my name. I contacted the shop from which I purchased the laptop, they are not aware for the information I require. Because they get the laptops in lots from various places and they don't keep the track of it.
If any body know how to get the original information, it will solve a great problem for me.
