Dell Vostro 220 - Power Management

I have a Dell Vostro 220 that I need to be always on as we have users who remote into the system at odd hours.

I have set the Windows power management to be always on and I have looked in the system settings but the PC will still go into standby requiring someone to hit the keyboard to wake it up.

Where or how can I set it to be always on?
