Has anyone had any luck getting any type of quick response or good service from AppAssure support since Dell bought them? I find that it takes them close to a week to call back on an issue, and they seem to really not care when you tell them a glitch in their software is preventing you from backing up half of your servers. When I bought AppAssure I was promised 2 hour support on mission critical items, but the support is the most underwhelming thing I've ever seen for an enterprise product. Normally Dell ProSupport is solid for everything else. Does anyone have any alternate avenues you could recommend? Anyone have any luck getting them to provide adequate support? I love the software when it works, but the support is so bad I have started contemplating a change in vendor.
