Is there a firmware upgrade available for the Dell E-Port Plus docking station? This isnotfor the Dell E-Port Plus Advanced Port Replicator for USB 3.0. Model #: PR02X
Latitude models in my environment that need this upgrade:
Latitude E6420, Latitude E6430, Latitude E6440, Latitude E6520, Latitude E6530, Latitude E7450
Context: this docking station has been found to be the root of a lot of issues related to random reboots and issues with external monitors--particularly those connected via DisplayPort. We have recently found that using the PR03X docking station, which has less ports and inputs, actually improves the situation dramatically. But since most of our inventory is the PR02X model, I was hoping to locate some sort of upgrade that would improve our situation.
