Can't Access Dell PowerVault MD3200i

Any help would be appreciated. I have inherited a Dell PV MD3200i, and I can't access it for management. It has 2 management cards. I have the IP's of the mgmt interfaces. I cannot web into them, or SSH or telnet.

I tried connected via serial console and can't seem to get anywhere there either. I connect with these steps:

1) Startup a terminal emulation program like PuTTY, Tera Term, Minicom, or HyperTerminal using terminal settings 115200-8-n-1.

2) Send a from the terminal shell. To do this, use within HyperTerminal or PuTTY, or use from within Minicom on Linux systems.

3 )When prompted for input within five seconds, press for the service interface menu.

4) The user will then be prompted for a password. The password is: supportDell

The only results I get are when connected at 9600 I get output, but it won't accept my input. Any other...
